In disordersа of liver function a dose must be selected individually, especially carefully if there is also a kidney disorder.
People of advanced age with a normal function of kidneys do not need a dose correction.
In seasonal allergic rhinitis a therapy time duration for adults is usually from 3 to 6 weeks, whereas in short-time affect of an allergen 1 week therapy is enough. A therapy time duration for children more than 6 years of age is from 2 to 4 weeks, whereas in short-time affect of an allergen 1 week therapy is enough.

6. Counterindications
– severe kidney diseases;
– infancy and childhood under 6 years of age;
– pregnancy;
– lactation (breastfeeding);
– hypersensitivity to the drug components.

7. Should Be Taken with Precautions, if…
In chronic kidney failure of medium degree and a severe degree of manifestation (correction of a dosage regimen is needed), likewise in elderly patients.
With preсautions the drug is administered in chronic pyelonephritis of medium and heavy severity level (correction of a dosage regimen is needed), in elderly patients.

8. Interface with Other Medications

9. Overdosing
